Please join us January 29, 2025, 7pm EST, for an important webinar for updates on a FHANA Research Grant that was awarded to Drs. Morgan and Lehman, UC Davis. Their study focused on the Skin Pharmacokinetics of Oral Fluralaner (Bravecto) at 25 mg/kg in the Horse. The researchers investigated the safety and behavior of oral fluralaner to manage ticks, mites, lice, and other external parasites in horses. Their research findings will hopefully lead to advances in the prevention and treatment of horses afflicted with parasitic diseases including chronic progressive lymphedema, insect bite hypersensitivity, and for anaplasmosis, piroplasmosis, and Lyme borreliosis.
