ABFP Testing & IBOP options

FHANA is opening the ABFP testing to all horse 3-5 years old.  While we will continue to give priority to Bene 476 and Date 477 offspring we currently have 1 spot available for both the Michigan and the California sites and are taking sign ups on a first come first serve basis.  After Sept. 15th, 2017,FHANA will the open the invitation to all horses regardless of parentage. The proposed fee for this testing (pending FHANA Board approval) will be $2,250.  This will cover all training and boarding.  The ABFP testing can serve as a prerequisite for obtaining the ster, crown, or model predicate.  The ABFP test is a way to establish an aptitude for dressage, driving or show driving.  This is your opportunity to have your horse trained by one of the two Dutch Trainers Alfons van Proosdij (MI) or Martinus Hoekstra (CA) at a fee that can't be beat.

We would also like to invite horses who would like to perform an IBOP test but were not available during the regular inspections.  You can now perform your IBOP test before the judges at one of the testing sites on Nov. 27-28 (MI), or Nov. 29-30 (CA).  The cost to perform the test will be the standard $200.  If you are interested in performing the test, please contact the FHANA office at 859-455-7430 to let us know of your intentions.
