We want to make you aware of an issue that has recently come to our attention regarding membership correspondence generated through Streamlined, our membership and registry management platform.
Some members have received an automated notification indicating that they had requested to terminate their membership with FHANA and the KFPS. We have confirmed that these messages were generated in error and do not reflect any action taken by the member.
The notification appears to have been triggered automatically by Streamlined in connection with membership renewal dates and was not intentionally sent by FHANA or the KFPS. We are actively working with Streamlined to identify the cause of the issue and implement a permanent correction.
Please disregard this notification and any instructions within it requesting that you contact or send information to the KFPS regarding membership termination. No action is required on your part.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or concern this message may have caused. As we continue to transition to our new systems and processes, occasional issues can arise, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through them. Our team is working diligently with Streamlined to ensure this situation is resolved as quickly as possible.
