Board of Directors Election and Bylaw Results

Welcome to the FHANA Board of Directors.

Mathew Jenkins from Ahwahnee, CA will take his seat at the upcoming Board of Directors meeting February 26th, 2020 in Lexington, KY.  Mathew’s term will will be from 2020-2022.

Eric Smith from Wisconsin Rapids, WI will be serving his second term on the Board of Directors which will be from 2020-2022.

FHANA would like to thank Amy Rogala-Hobbs for her time on the Board of Directors.  Amy served for one year serving as the Chair for the Finance Committee while serving on several other committees including the AGM.

FHANA Also conducted a Bylaw change.

71% of the membership voting voted in favor of the Bylaw change.

This change will allow the Board of Directors some flexibility when scheduling the FHANA Annual General Meeting.
