For all owners who entered more than 3 horses, your papers will be mailed to you via Certified Mail. All other papers will be mailed out via first class flat mail. ***FHANA will announce via the website when all papers from all of the keurings have been mailed out. FHANA is implementing a policy that if for some unknown reason the member does not receive their papers from the inspection, they will have 90 days from the time of the announcement to contact FHANA for a duplicate paper. After 90 days, the member will need to follow the Duplicate Paper procedures and they will incur a $120 duplicate paper fee.
Did your horse make Ster, Kroon, or Model? If so, you need to pay the $100 fee before your papers will be sent out. Invoices were sent out in early October.
