December is the month of many top lists. The KFPS compiled a list of the most successful breeders and stud breeder’s days during inspections in 2012. The list is based on all the received first and second premiums. In the ranking, the first premiums counted twice. In the list are the breeders listed and not the owners / contributors.
First, in this overview JAM Cross Heeg. The basis of this success is formed by four first premium foals, including three foals by the family Cross bred stallion Wytse 462, from his first crop.
With an equal number of points (but with less primed breeding) is Ms De Vries-Bakker Hindelopen in second place. On a nice third place, the highest foreign breeder: Marlise Botes from South Africa.
In the printed top 45 is breeding association ‘It Fryske Hynder’ Sneek eo most strongly represented. The top 5 are less than 3 breeders from this breeding area and the total list 11. In second and third place finishers FHANA (U.S. and Canada) and ‘Ta it Bihâld’, North East Frisia 8 respectively. 7 breeders.
