Board of Directors Recap March 2024

The FHANA Board met on Tuesday March 19, 2024.  Here are some highlights:

• The Board approved of a recommendation to hold the Mare Show East at Lakeside Arena located in Frankfort, KY
• The Board reviewed the cost analysis of the 70 day stallion testing
• The Board reviewed the new SNP testing protocols
• The Board approved of the sports committee recommendations
  • there will be no limit to the number of Spotlight Horse Show videos submitted on our End of the Year Performance Awards
  • Change in language-Trainer awards reporting form must not only be submitted for the trainer, but also must be submitted for each horse/client that has scores reported by the trainer
