Board of Directors Highlights Aug. 17 2021

The FHANA Board of Directors met on Tuesday Aug. 17, 2021.  Here are some highlights from the meeting.

• The Board approved of the expense to have the Board of Directors meeting recordings added to the FHANA portal for members to review the meetings.
• Mr. Smith presented a financial forecast for the remainder of the year without inspection income.   This will be closely watched and reported on month to month.
• Mr. Tice reported all inspection refunds have been completed.
• The board reviewed possible AGM sites and after discussion retracted the motion to hold the 2023 AGM in Phoenix, AZ based on the cost.  The board voted in favor of holding the 2023 FHANA AGM at the South Pointe Resort and Spa in Las Vegas, NV.
