Board of Director Highlights November 2023

Than FHANA Board of Directors met on Tuesday November 28, 2023.  Here are some highlights:

• The FHANA Board approved of a new chapter, “The North American Spanish Friesian Horse Association”.  Please see the FHANA website for additional informaiton.
• The FHANA Board approved of the 2024 budget with the following fee increases.
  • Foal registration will now be $280
  • Foals will now need to pay to attend the annual inspections.  This fee is $50
• The Rules & Regulations Committee submitted a Penalty Chart for Members who violate various Rules and Bylaws.  This chart can be found under the Rules and Regulations
• The Board approved of the Sports Committees recommendation to put forward Tjaarda 483 for a membership vote for the FHANA Lifetime Achievement Award.
