2 for 1 price! Because we are nearly 70 YO, Dreams Come True Farm is ending its breeding program, so our current modern broodmare & her March 30 Hessel filly is being offered for sale. Bought in 2015 to become a broodmare, full papered Isobel had so much driving potential and in one year achieved so many driving accolades that she became a performance horse first. 9 months of professional carriage driving training with Gold Medalist Suzy Stafford put Isobel at the top of the 2015 Friesian driving world by earning FHANA's 3rd Driving Sport Predicate title, winning the FHANA Dream Gait Driving IBOP title, and the USEF Region 1 Friesian Driving Championship by winning all 7 of her driving classes. 2017 was Isobel's year to impress her competition and did she ever! There was not an event where Isobel and her trainer, Suzy Stafford, did not shine, and Suzy and Isobel did a little bit of everything: ADS carriage pleasure driving shows and CDEs, USEF and IFSHA shows (won 6 of her 7 driving classes at the World Show), the FHANA Ohio keuring where she was named the "Day Champion" from more than 50 horses, and the FHANA Mare Show where her trot was phenomenal. Had she not been upgraded to a 1e the previous day, she would have been made Crown. At the end of 2017 Isobel was named USEF's National Training Level and Preliminary Level Driven Dressage Champions, IFSHA's open CDE and Pleasure Driving Champions, and earned Suzy Stafford FHANA's Presidents and Performance Driving Awards. In 2018 she was bred and started under saddle, delighting us with her lovely canter. In 2019 she had an easy birth and proved to be a good mother, so was bred for a second time. Isobel had another easy birth, and Marlee Isobel DCTF (Hessel X Sipke) was born March 30. With this mare, you can have it all--a proven Friesian broodmare and a proven performance horse.
