Assisted Reproduction Technologies in the Mare

Dr. Loncar joined Equine Medical Services in 2017 from Colorado, having earned her DVM in her home state in 2012 from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She completed an internship at Equine Services PSC in Kentucky, followed by a master’s degree and residency in Equine Theriogenology at Colorado State University – College of Veterinary Medicine. Her professional interests include: reproduction, problem mares and neonatal medicine. Dr. Loncar is also the co-author of the reproduction article featured in the Friesian Magazine October /November 2019 titled “Advancements in Breeding Friesian Horses “as well as many other Equine publications throughout the country.
