Included with this correspondence is a letter from FHANA’s legal counsel dated November 2025, outlining the processes followed by the Board over the past several months. This summary confirms that the Board has acted in accordance with all required legal and organizational procedures.

We also wish to inform the membership that, in relation to this matter, the Board has reviewed and approved a pending business membership application.
