It is with a very heavy heart that I share the sad news of the passing of the oldest and dearest member of our herd.  Monte passed very peacefully in his sleep. His last days were some of his very best. He had no health issues, he even looked and acted young again frolicking in his pasture so his passing came as a shock despite his ancient years of 29.99.

The KFPS lost its oldest living Approved Breeding Stallion and we lost our patriarch and old friend. Nobel and true to the end, he was the epitome of the very best characteristics of the Friesian breed.  He will be forever in our hearts.
