March Board of Director Highlights

The FHANA Board of Directors met on March 17th, 2020. The meeting involved the approval of meeting minutes for various committees, as well as the financial recap from the 2020 AGM.

Points of note:

Additional Inspection Site for 2020: A motion was presented to the FHANA Board by the Inspection Committee to consider adding an additional site to the 2020 Inspection Circuit. After extensive discussion, the motion was voted on and did not pass, due to the 2020 inspection Circuit already being completed and approved by the KFPS.

Committee Assignments: The final makeup of committees was discussed and finalized.

Strategic Planning: The Board reviewed the report from the adjudicator regarding FHANA’s 5 year strategic plan. Jason is going to put this together into a 5 Year Plan that will be reviewed by the board and all attendees of the strategic planning session.
