July Board of Directors Highlights

The Board of Directors met on July 21, 2020.

Items of Interest:

The 2022 FHANA AGM is slowly being planned for Connecticut and a contract is currently being reviewed.

The Finance Committee was pleased to announce with all of the changes to the budget, we are currently holding a positive Net Income to this point in 2020.

An update to the Stallion Selection process is currently being developed and reviewed to align with how the KFPS is currently handling the process.  The committee hopes to have this available in August/September for final review.

The FHANA “Social Distancing” Virtual Show is taking shape.  A video is being developed to help the membership better understand how to present their horses and how to utilize the technology.  Sponsorship’s are slowly coming in and the goal is this will be income/expense neutral.
