Board of Director Highlights March 21, 2023

The Board of Directors met on Tuesday March 21, 2023.  Here are some of the highlights from the meeting

• The Board approved of the financial statement for year end 2023 and has posted the financials for the membership to review on the website.
• The discussed and approved of several new committee members to the various FHANA committees.
• The Sports Committee brought forward several changes to the Lifetime Achievement Award which were discussed and sent back to the committee.
• The Finance Committee submitted a new late fee for foal registrations that are older than 1 year.  This action was approved.
• The Board discussed several new testing facilities for future stallion testing.

The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April 18, 2023
