Board of Director highlights from May 17, 2022

The FHANA Board of Directors met on Tuesday May 17, 2022.  Here are the highlights of the meeting.

• The FHANA Board approved to sponsor the Alberta Friesian Horse Association 25th Anniversary at the platinum Level.
• The Finance Committee recommended reducing the fee for IBOPS to $135 to align with the reduction in fees from the KFPS
• The Board approved of a New Chapter-The Florida Friesian Horse Club
• The Inspection Committee recommended the change of Venues for two sites due to availability of the original sites.  This recommendation was approved by the Board.
• The Board approved of the edited version of the volunteer duties as suggested from the FHANA Member Council.  This will be added to the Rules and Regulations.
• The Board reviewed our Strategic Goals as it relates to the Breeding Committee and Events/Sponsorship Committee and will continue to do this with other committees each and every meeting going forward.
• The Board reviewed a FHANA Dashboard which will be released to the membership in the months ahead.
