2021 FHANA Annual General Meeting

Due to COVID-19, the FHANA Board of Directors has decided against holding a formal AGM in 2021.  Due to certain travel constraints, costs associated with the event in the way of deposits and not knowing if some of the travel bands would be lifted in time for us to plan our event, it was determined that the 2021 AGM would be held on a low key basis per the FHANA Bylaws.  While the date has not yet been determined, per the Bylaws the FHANA board will host a meeting but the meeting will be available to the membership virtually.  The membership will have the same opportunities to ask questions of the board and the committees will still be required to give their various reports to the membership.

Each member who has an up to date membership for 2021 will be allowed access to the virtual meeting.  Again, a date has not been set and will be announced just as soon as it is available.
