Breeding Committee

Purpose:

As a committee subordinate to the Board of Directors, the committee shall support the organization in the activities associated with the education of members regarding the breeding of KFPS Friesian horses with the goal of promoting and assisting foal registrations. The Breeding Committee produces breeding, foaling, and other breeder-specific articles, webinars, and content for the FHANA website. They field questions from the membership about breeding decisions and how to use the tools provided by FHANA and the KFPS to make educated breeding decisions. They also handle the creation and implementation of breeding related FHANA awards.
